本ポリシーは、Discord Bot「Lify」およびそのWebサイト（以下あわせて「本サービス」）が取得・利用する情報について説明するものです。
1. 取得する情報
- DiscordユーザーID・サーバーID: 認証を行ったユーザーと、そのサーバーを識別するために保存します。
- 認証記録: 認証方式（ボタン・Web・手動）、結果（認証・ブロック・取り消し）、ブロック理由、VPN検出結果（VPNブロックが有効な場合のみ）、サブアカウントとして一致したユーザーのID、手動操作の場合は実行者のユーザーID、日時。
- IPアドレスのハッシュ: Web認証時、IPアドレスから秘密の値（ソルト）を用いた一方向ハッシュを生成して保存します。IPアドレスそのものは保存しません。
- サーバー設定・パネル内容: 認証方式、認証ロール、ログチャンネル、各機能の設定、認証パネルのメッセージ内容。
- セッションCookie: Discordでログインすると、ユーザーIDと管理可能なサーバーの一覧を含む署名付きCookieを保存します（有効期限7日間）。Discordのアクセストークンは保存しません。
- アクセス解析: 全ページで、運営者が自前で運用する解析ツール rybbit（rybbit.skr7.dev）により、閲覧ページなどのアクセス情報を収集します。
2. 情報の利用目的
- 認証の実行と、認証ロールの付与・取り消し
- VPN・プロキシなどの匿名化サービスの検出によるブロック
- サブアカウントの検出: IPアドレスのハッシュを、本Botを導入している全サーバーの記録と照合します。一致したユーザーがサーバー管理者に表示されるのは、そのユーザーが現在そのサーバーのメンバーである場合のみで、それ以外の場合は「他サーバーで一致あり」とだけ表示されます。
- サーバーのログチャンネル（設定されている場合）への認証結果の投稿
- ダッシュボードでの、管理可能なサーバーの判定
- 不正利用への対応とサービスの改善
3. 第三者提供・外部送信
取得した情報を販売することはなく、機械学習・AIモデルの学習に利用することもありません。本サービスの提供のため、以下の外部サービスを利用します。
- Discord: ログイン、ロールの付与・取り消し、メッセージの投稿。
- Cloudflare: Webサイトの実行環境およびデータベース（Workers・D1）。サーバー設定でTurnstileが有効な場合、Web認証時にIPアドレスをCloudflare Turnstileへ送信します。
- proxycheck.io: サーバー設定でVPNブロックが有効な場合のみ、Web認証時にVPN・プロキシなどの匿名化サービスの判定のためIPアドレスを送信します。
4. データの保存期間
- 認証記録（IPアドレスのハッシュを含む）は90日間保存した後、自動的に削除します。
- 本Botがサーバーから退出した場合、そのサーバーの設定・パネル内容・認証記録は退出から14日後に自動的に削除します。
- セッションCookieは7日間、またはログアウトするまで有効です。
5. データの削除
Discordで /delete-my-data コマンドを実行すると、すべてのサーバーでのあなたの認証記録が削除され、認証ロールが外されます。また、下記のお問い合わせ先から削除を依頼することもできます。

This policy describes what information the Discord bot "Lify" and its website (together, "the Service") collect and how it is used.
1. Information We Collect
- Discord user IDs and server IDs: Stored to identify verified users and their servers.
- Verification records: Method (button, web, or manual), outcome (verified, blocked, or revoked), block reason, VPN check result (only when VPN blocking is enabled), the ID of a user matched as a possible alternate account, the executor's user ID for manual actions, and the time.
- IP address hash: During web verification, a one-way hash of your IP address is created with a secret salt and stored. The IP address itself is never stored.
- Server settings and panel content: Verification method, verified role, log channel, feature settings, and the verification panel's message content.
- Session cookie: Logging in with Discord stores a signed cookie containing your user ID and the list of servers you can manage (valid for 7 days). Your Discord access token is not stored.
- Analytics: All pages collect access data such as pages viewed using rybbit, an analytics tool self-hosted by the operator (rybbit.skr7.dev).
2. Purpose of Use
- Running verification and granting or removing the verified role
- Blocking VPN, proxy, and other anonymized connections
- Alternate account detection: IP address hashes are compared against records from every server that uses the Bot. Server admins see the matched user only if that user is currently a member of the same server; otherwise they see only "matched in another server".
- Posting verification results to the server's log channel, if one is set
- Determining which servers you can manage in the dashboard
- Handling abuse and improving the Service
3. Third-Party Services
We do not sell collected data, and we do not use it to train machine learning or AI models. The Service uses the following external services:
- Discord: Login, granting and removing roles, and posting messages.
- Cloudflare: Hosting and database for the website (Workers and D1). When Turnstile is enabled in the server's settings, your IP address is sent to Cloudflare Turnstile during web verification.
- proxycheck.io: Only when VPN blocking is enabled in the server's settings, your IP address is sent during web verification to check for VPNs, proxies, and other anonymizing services.
4. Retention
- Verification records (including IP address hashes) are kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically.
- When the Bot leaves a server, that server's settings, panel content, and verification records are deleted automatically 14 days later.
- The session cookie is valid for 7 days or until you log out.
5. Deleting Your Data
Run the /delete-my-data command in Discord to delete your verification records in every server and remove your verified roles. You can also request deletion via the contact below.
