本規約は、Discord Bot「Lify」およびそのWebサイト（以下あわせて「本サービス」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。本サービスを利用した時点、または本Botをサーバーに導入した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. 本サービスの機能

本サービスは、Discordサーバー向けの認証機能（ボタン認証、Web認証、手動認証）、VPN・プロキシの検出、サブアカウントの検出、認証ログの送信、サーバー管理者向けの設定ダッシュボードを提供します。

2. 禁止事項

本サービスの脆弱性を悪用した不正アクセス・妨害行為
認証の仕組みを不正に回避する行為
本サービスを利用した他のサーバーメンバーへの嫌がらせ・迷惑行為
本サービスのリバースエンジニアリング（法令で許容される場合を除く）
Discordの利用規約に違反する行為

3. 免責事項

本サービスは現状有姿で提供され、動作の完全性・無停止・無誤動作を保証するものではありません。VPN検出やサブアカウント検出は推定に基づくものであり、誤検知や見逃しが発生することがあります。これらの結果に基づくブロックやロール付与の可否によって生じた損害について、運営者は責任を負いません。

4. サービスの変更・停止

運営者は、予告なく本サービスの機能を変更、または提供を停止することがあります。

5. 利用の制限・停止

本規約または禁止事項に違反したサーバー・ユーザーに対しては、予告なく本サービスの利用を制限、または停止することがあります。

6. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠します。

8. 規約の変更

本規約は予告なく変更されることがあります。変更後は本ページの「最終更新日」を更新します。

These Terms govern use of the Discord bot "Lify" and its website (together, "the Service"). Using the Service, or adding the Bot to a server, constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

1. Service Functionality

The Service provides member verification for Discord servers (button, web, and manual verification), VPN/proxy detection, alternate account detection, verification logs, and a settings dashboard for server admins.

2. Prohibited Uses

Exploiting vulnerabilities in the Service for unauthorized access or disruption
Circumventing the verification process by improper means
Using the Service to harass or harm other server members
Reverse-engineering the Service except where permitted by law
Any use that violates Discord's own Terms of Service

3. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. VPN detection and alternate account detection are estimates and may produce false positives or miss cases. The operator is not liable for damages resulting from blocks or role decisions based on these results.

4. Changes to the Service

The operator may modify or discontinue the Service without prior notice.

5. Suspension

Servers or users violating these Terms may have access to the Service restricted or suspended without prior notice.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
